Shrink the fit把拟合收一收
Three stops on the 24 districts. First a curve allowed to bend to every district. Then a pull that only shortens slopes, with the pull turned off. Then a pull that can delete a slope. Shorten only, pull off只缩短，拉力关掉
With the pull at zero, all ten slopes are free. Then move the pull yourself and watch the bars shorten without disappearing.拉力为零时，十个斜率都自由。然后你自己移动拉力，看条缩短但不消失。
